Many crystal structures of biological and medicinal values were determined. Structure-Reactivity correlations of different group of compounds namely aromatic nitro, antischistosomes, thiazolidinones, chromonones, and flavanones, etc. are established. Structural and conformational studies on few macro-cyclic compounds, tridentate ligands, copper and nickel complexes were done.A few biologically important heterocyclic compounds such as, piperidine, azabicyclones, isoxazole, indole, acridones, sulfonamide, imidazole, phenyl methanone and ethane bridged compounds were also done. | ||||||
